Ekhonix Return & Refund Policy
At Ekhonix, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you experience any problem with your purchased product, you may request a return within 21 days (3 weeks) from the date of delivery.
1. 21-Day Return Guarantee
Customers can return the product within 21 days of receiving the order if they are not satisfied or experience any problem with the product.
The return facility applies to product-related issues including, but not limited to:
- Wrong product received
- Wrong design or product received
- Damaged or defective product
- Printing or fabric-related problems
- Product not matching the ordered specification
- Size or fitting-related issues
- Any other genuine problem related to the delivered product
2. Full Product Refund
After receiving and checking the returned product, Ekhonix will provide a full refund of the product price.
Only the applicable delivery/courier charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Example:
If the product price is ৳1,500 and the applicable delivery charge is ৳100, the customer will receive:
Refund Amount = ৳1,500 − ৳100 = ৳1,400
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 21 days of delivery.
- The product should be returned in reasonable condition.
- The product should not be intentionally damaged or misused.
- Original product packaging should be retained where possible.
- Customers may be asked to provide photos/videos of the issue to help us verify the return request.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, customers should contact Ekhonix Customer Support and provide:
- Order number
- Customer name and phone number
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos of the product issue, if applicable
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
The refund will cover the full product price, while the applicable delivery/courier charge will be deducted.
The actual time required to receive the refund may depend on the selected refund/payment method.

If you have any genuine problem with your Ekhonix purchase, you have up to 21 days to contact us for a return.
